A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits go toward your total service cost.
• Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduled appointments made without proper notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Please plan accordingly.

• All retail product sales (lashes, beauty kits, etc.) are final sale and nonrefundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
